Terms and Conditions

  1. “Company” refers to Bhardwaj Logistics Packers and Movers.
  2. A “quotation” or “estimate” is a no-obligation contract between the firm and the client including mutually agreed-upon terms and conditions.
  3. The term “Customer” refers to the person who contracts with the Company to provide services, regardless of whether he owns the Goods or Fixtures.
  4. “Goods” refers to the item or items for which Relocation Services are to be provided, but does not include coins, cash, bank notes, cheques, money orders, postal orders, national saving certificates, premium bonds, travel tickets, passports, securities, manuscripts or documents of any kind, jewelry, perishable goods, hazardous materials such as crackers, explosives, chemicals, filled gas cylinders, battery acids, and flammable oils such as diesel, petrol, and kerosene.
  5. Regarding Handyman Services: The company does not take responsibility for disassembling or reassembling particle board furniture, customized furniture, or air conditioners. Customers should book Handyman Services for all such goods ahead of time.
  6. For automobile relocation: (a) A copy of all necessary documents in the transferee’s name or permission from the firm to relocate under a different name must be provided. (b) Vehicles must have around 10-15 liters of fuel to enter and exit the loading and unloading location. c) Two-wheelers: Please completely empty the gasoline tank and oil to avoid spills or leaks during transportation.
  7. The Services are provided during the Company’s regular business hours of 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday through Sunday, except public holidays. Call 08143161682 for 24 hour packers and movers in Hyderabad.
  8. Any quotation or moving estimate provided by the Company to offer the Services will be available for approval for 15 days after submission before being considered withdrawn.
    Once accepted, the quotation and its conditions become legally binding. To the exclusion of the Customer, the Company shall choose how the Services will be provided, and may amend its decision from time to time only with mutual consent, and may charge accordingly.
  9. If the customer cancels the contract, the confirmation deposit or advance is forfeited and not refunded.
  10. The Customer must guarantee that sufficient access to all essential premises is available for the delivery of the Services. If the acres are too narrow for vehicle or person travel, additional charges must be incurred to fulfill the delivery plan, or the customer may make their own arrangement.
  11. The business does not provide relocation services for: i) split pickup/multiple pickup and/or delivery. ii) Plant removal or crating of any item not specified in the related quote. iii) Long haul, societal/elevator expenses, and parking fees. iv) Vehicle detention (if any) v) Transit storage and any other force majeure situation. vi) Any relevant government taxes, Octroi, Mathadi, toll, entry tax, or labor union charges in any state. vii) collection or delivery via stairs above the second floor (if a service elevator is not available). viii) Additional handling fees for things that cannot be acquired by elevator (hoisting/stair carry).
  12. Unpacking materials and detritus will be considered corporate property, and the company reserves the right to recover unpacking goods. If the client keeps the unpacking material for local transit, they will be charged Rs. 75 per carton. Extra transportation costs for material pickup at a later date will be charged at a minimum of Rs.1500 within Hyderabad city.
  13. The insurance does not cover losses or damages resulting from government, customs, or official seizures. It also excludes loss or damage to the owner’s packed goods, including jewels and cash, documents, traveler’s checks, plants, gas cylinders, alcoholic beverages, contraband, and other prohibited items.
  14. Insurance does not cover internal damages unless there is evidence of external physical injury. On the day of delivery, any outside damage must be recorded on the packing inventory. This applies to all electrical devices, including laptop computers and speakers.
  15. Electrical or mechanical malfunction coverage is offered, except for automobiles, and can be added in writing for an extra 3% premium. Customers may use our Wooden Crate Packing Services for an additional cost.
  16. The Company will not accept responsibility for damage to goods and/or fixtures unless it is given a reasonable opportunity to examine the damage. In all cases, written claims will be handled by the third-party insurance agent rather than the corporation.
  17. The Customer agrees not to make any claim against any of the Company’s servants or agents who imposes or tries to impose any liability in connection with the Services, and if such a claim is made, to indemnify the Company from any resulting consequences.
  18. Payment must be made in advance of packing or delivery by cheque or credit card, plus any applicable card fees. Credit until the time of delivery is possible as a special case, subject to specific conditions and limits. If the payment is not cleared before delivery, the company reserves the right to postpone delivery until the full amount is paid.
  19. Work originating from this quote must be executed in accordance with the Indian Contract Act of 1872. Unless otherwise specified, further pick-ups and deliveries are not included. While every care is taken when packing, transportation concerns must be addressed. In the absence of insurance coverage, you are deemed to have self-insured the items.
